The progect's goals are:
::. to spread the healthy feeding
culture in order to reflect on: the quality of our diet in relation
with our health state on the recovery of our past alimentary tradition.
All that will lead to a link between our land and our traditions,
between agriculture and feeding;
::. to support the growth of a collective
environmental coscience, to better the quality of our environment
and of our life.
The aforescid objectives will be reached by using two methods which
intersect reinforcing their effects:
::. Curses and semineries for teachers
of elementary medium and high schools;
::. Integrated courses teachers/pupils
(elementary and medium schools);
::. Didactic laboratories in a biological
agriculture farm for medium and elementary schools;
::. Didactic visits to biological
farms;
::. Courses in the farm for high
school students.
